"Great location. Well priced rooms were small but functional for a single person on a business trip. One letdown was breakfast cerial toast but no spreads/ condiments to use. Unsure why these budget hotels don't want to clean their carpets. Reception staff were very friendly and professional."
"Perfect location Friendly and quick reception staff Clean rooms Big tv Fridge Reception gets busy and overcrowded Large bright tv standby light Noisy from both outside and inside Tight room at 15m2. Very little space for two people Shower is separated from bed by a curtain Off white and brown decor ages it badly Toilet door hits entry door Room was cold during the day Laundry trolleys in the corridor all day and night Advertising comfort for an extra $5 in the lift gives the wrong impression Either way it’s location and cheaper price makes it attractive and I’d stay again if looking for a cheap night but not comfortable for any longer"
"Cheap and cheerful. Staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Location was fantastic but noisy being right on Elizabeth St due to the trams. Room was tired and felt like a backpackers or hostel. Needed a paint and 'bathroom' was a corner hidden by a curtain although the toilet was separate. I don't think I will stay longer than a night but for the price it was fine."
"Room was super small. Bathroom is in the bedroom but toilet has a door. Could of been renovated better for a nicer layout. Brilliant location! Which makes up for room. I have stayed a few times & check in takes longer than it should. More stuff needed. No tap & pay which is inconvenient in these modern times."
"The room was tiny. We had to climb over the end of bed to get to the other side of the room. The shower is inside a glass shower screen in the bedroom itself. The toilet had a door which was good. There's a small fridge and tiny kettle along with a chair, hanging space and 2 drawers but one wouldn't open. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk satchels included too. It is budget and it 'basically' did its job."
