"The location of this hotel is amazing. Next to China town, next to David Jones and Myer in the CBD area. Close to all the hustle bustle and food joints around. The rooms are comfortable, clean but the beds are pretty average. If you are like me and are only in the room to sleep and take a shower and are out longer then in the hotel room then it’s perfect. It’s pretty good value for its price. Small, clean and comfortable but with the Accor quality and brand behind it."

"The place was lovely and so was the staff I was able to get massive heavy blankets to replicate my weighted blanket from home which really helped the first night. On my last day there post check out the staff kept checking in on me as I was charging my phone and waiting for my travel partner to get back and pick up our stored luggage. And they were so patient when I asked if I could check if I lost a ring in the room sadly it wasn't there but I did end up finding it within my luggage so sorry guys for having to deal with that."

"Location is fantastic - we paid extra for the King Superior room believing this would include daily room service and a larger room, informed that room service is only every 3 days and the room size was the same as the king room, disappointing as every time we had a hot drink we needed to wash cups/cutlery in hand basin with hand soap. The bed was horrendous 2 single beds pushed together leaving a large hump in middle of bed. we were right by the lifts, every time someone used the lift it banged and crashed loudly at all times of the day & night."

"Stayed there for 3 nights and was met by a very friendly receptionist-Joanne. The king size bedroom was spacious and the bathroom had been newly renovated. There was a very good daily room service that even folded up my jumper. Price and location were excellent. All staff were friendly."

"The reception was very nice, even allowed early check in. Room cleaning is exceptional ,they always restock everything and make our room so clean and nice when we return. The rooms are clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Now it didn't have much decor - paintings or bed furnishings - but I don't mind the latter as it is more hygienic that way. I like the soaps they use as well it looks hipster and is refillable type. Location is great. It is smart to be near chinatown to get a good meal anytime. There's free trams everywhere too I would give it 4.5 star, 0.5 star gone because one lift broke down and was not fixed for 3 days of our trip. It was Easter weekend so understandably some people may not be working, but still was quite a while to be fixed. 12 floors to the building so can be a bit of a wait at peak times. Also the 1st floor public toilet is a little bit dirty but the room toilets are very clean."
