"Partner and I stayed in room 116 for 12 days. Service was incredible. Rooms were tidy and cleaned daily upon request, staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed (gave us an extra pillow and blanket no questions asked) and the AC works incredibly well. Great value for money, would absolutely stay here again!"

Yes, my room (No. 8) was small (no lie here - Best Western itself labels it as "Shoebox") but it lacked nothing in comfort. Super clean; lovely fresh linen; air-con/heating that actually works; big shower head with strong water pressure; helpful, welcoming staff; fantastic location close to free city tram loop and only a five-minute walk to Southern Cross Station. A little gem in what has become an expensive city."
