"DO NOT SHOP HERE!! If I could put no stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever seen. The communication has been appalling and disappointing to say the least. If you receive faulty furniture, be expected to be accused of doing the damage by store/head office, without even seeing the damage. (We provided photos). It took two trips back to Melbourne from country Victoria to sort the issue out. The owner of the store has no respect for women and yelled down the phone. They will also charge you to have it shipped back to them. (Which we refused to pay) as it was warranty. furniture was 3 weeks old. After many phone calls & emails we have received our new table and a written apology. BE VERY WARY!"
"you better hope you don't get a faulty one in this store, because they will treat you rudely and bringing lots of trouble to you. Bought a table and the screws even can't go in to holes, went to store changed another one and got same issues!!! complained it to the boss and the boss said it is my problem to have those troubles!!!
