"Placed an order five months ago. Constantly told it will be here next month. Finally arrived three days ago so picked it up. What was delivered wasn't what was needed so I went back for a refund. After being treated disrespectfully and given the run around, I was told by two staff that I couldn't have a refund and another said I could. After some debate, I eventually was given my refund. I feel that the situation shouldn't have been that difficult. Maybe it would be a good idea if the staff were all on the same page."
