"A huge warning to everyone planning to shop here at LV Chadstone. Ensure that when you purchase from LV that they will provide you with future customer service down the track. I bought sunglasses for my mother a few years ago (from the same store) and they cracked on top of the frame. The crack is from the strain during manufacturing. Clearly. They were taken care all of the time (obviously) as the price tag isn't cheap, but unfortunately, faults do occur and that's fine we can accept that. We thought we will bring it back and ask to have it repaired at our expense since a a few years from date of purchasehas passed. Nope. They just simply said unfortunately we cannot repair that because we dont have your number in our system. Huh? Really!? Then she had "a word" with the store manager and basically said Sorry, gave us the cold shoulder and said sorry unfortunately we don't repair that. We just dont repair that in an extremely rude and extremely unprofessional manner. It was clear that they're not interested in customer service unless you are going to spend more money. I looked at her and her silly black handbag they carry around everwhere and said thank-you and walked away. I don't regret many things in life. But I do regret wasting my hard earned money on LV. They are very, very nice to you when you are ready to purchase something. After that. It's the cold shoulder and don't come back unless you're willing to spend more money. Honestly speaking, LV needs to remove these arrogant unwilling, unprofessional staff including and especially their manager out of the shop and bring in respectful staff who are WILLING to help out customers and bring in better business for all. I could run that store better better than what you have there now. Absolutely disgraceful."

"This 0 rate is for the Chinese female wearing glasses on 7th July around 6:30pm. Her attitude was arrogant and when I asked whether they have got a bag, she seemed know nothing about their products and impatiently showed me the wrong one. Later on she was trying to argue she was right and even rolled her eyes on me. Then she was of little help and in the end I bought nothing but politely said thank you though she had no reaction. What an awful customer service! If there were a Store Manager I would definitely give her an individual complain. I knew she was Chinese because we spoke Mandarin. I have been there a couple of times and other staff were way much better, and that was why even I was upset that night and turned to spend over 5000 dollar in Dior, I still came back today and bought another bag from them. I will rate a separate five star for my lovely sales today in another comment."

"I visited the Chadstone store yesterday and was nearly turned away at 8:45pm (they closed at 9pm). The store manager and various other sales staff were very rude and didn't want to welcome me into their store. They appeared very snobby and looked at me with their noses turned up. Thankfully I eventually found Andrea. She was very friendly, approachable & professional. I like that I didn't feel rushed and she wasn't pretentious & rude like everyone else. Andrea was very personable and is a very good asset to the Louis Vuitton team. Thank-you so much for making my first Louis Vuitton purchase one to remember. I will definitely be back due to the outstanding customer service and of course for your lovely products. I'm a very satisfied customer and I honestly can't recommend Andrea any higher. What a beautiful person inside & out. The other staff members can perhaps learn some humility and manners from Andrea. I almost walked out because the rest of the staff were so rude & appalling. You would have had a 5 star rating from me if it wasn't for your other horrible staff members bringing you down."

"We bought a bag ($3500+) a few months ago, and only use this bag 2 times, and take this bag extremely carefully, but we found a small abrasion at the corner (only on one side). We bring this to the store to see if we could change or repair it. The store manager Anthony was extremely arrogant and conceited, and had a very unpleasant/even contemptuous accent that made the entire service experience very unpleasant. He insist it is our fault and can't offer change or refund, and won't even bother to provide a repair service at all or any helpful recommendation, and won't even bother to say sorry, just pause there and waiting for us to get out. :(. If you are dealing with him, good luck then. I would even give 0 star if I could. Honestly, LV is a good brand, but the manager and customer service is very poor and unprofesstional. We also have a very expensive marble coffee table ($3000+) purchased from Kingliving, also found some abrasion round the corner and edge areas in the first 2 months, we contact them, they just scheduled a brand new one and replace it and apologise for the inconvenience. What a comparison. Seriously, I am also a business owner, if you do not care your customer experience and service, the reputation damage and massive customer lost will be just a matter of time."
