"Worst shopping experience. I will never buy celine again! I looked at a very expensive pair of sunglasses, which I was sold on, as they were Asian fit and with a petite head I often struggle with fit of sunglasses. The sales assistant told me “Asian fit” would be perfect. I tried and was extremely happy. I purchased the sunnies. When I wore them they were way too big and I realised the sales assistant had me try an “Asian fit” pair but then sent me home with an “international fit”pair that are far too big and unwearable. I brought them back and was told no exchange. It was my fault for not checking before I left the shop. For $680 I expect the sales assistant to ensure they give me the pair they’ve sold me."

"Awful service. The attitude of the retail assistants is hilarious - you’re a retail assistant not the creative director of Celine. Clearly me and many others posting reviews will be avoiding this store for online shopping or Collins Street."

"Quite a DISAPPOINTING experience today at the chadstone store to be honest. Waited 20 mins for the sales lady to get me a new stock of a wallet, (told to wait 5 mins), which was fine anyway. But, later got told that was a mistake in the system, and there was no new stock left. I asked whether she could check the stock at Collins street store, she said they do have stock there, but somehow she was not willing to give them a call tmr and reserve it for me. Instead, she insisted that I should call them myself, without letting me know the reason. Ok, things got a little upsetting here. Not the best way to spend your precious 20 mins on a happy, Friday night, isn’t it? : )))"

"Top notch service from Celine staff. I went in to check out sunglasses and was served by Bowen and Emily. Both were polite, friendly and helpful. Bowen offered constructive comments and helped me decide on the right pair. We had a good chat too. While Emily was processing my purchase, Bowen showed me some of their newly launched perfume and gave me two small sample bottles of the one I like. Thank you Bowen and Emily for making my experience a pleasant and memorable one!"

"Spoke to the manager in this store about a damaged item who took my details (even though I'm on their systems?) and advised I would receive a phone call through the week. It's been over a week and I've not received a single call. Terrible customer service. Cheaply made sunglasses, despite the very high prices. They will tell you to go to OPSM for a repair of lenses (corregated after one use), and even for basic resizing. Will not be purchasing from here again."
