"I am not one to write reviews but this experience was too unreal. I was just here and the asian worker had zero common sense as a worker. 30 mins of waiting for a worker, even a "sorry we will be with you shortly" would of been appreciated but no nothing. People that JUST came in are being served first us. That worker needs to be reconsidered or at least be retrained for common customer service skills."

"I purchased their ring a few months back and one of the gem has shift off. I was extremely worried that they will not fix or replace it with out my receipt, but luckily during the purchase the stuff register an account for me so there was a record of my purchased. The stuff was very helpful she look up my account and give me a replacement. Your help is highly appreciated Katherine ( my apologies if I spell your name wrong) Ps. The pandora that I went to is on the food court floor not on 1st floor."

"I came in a few weeks ago and was helped by a great worker Mandy, she was extremely friendly and suggested a great range of rings for me to try on and buy but I went back to change one of the ring sizes and was helped by the store manager who seemed a bit rude as she served me in a rush, no smile or no thank you see you again. "Would just like to say i shopped there on Wednesday 28th Aug and was served by Chelsee who was very friendly and professional and very helpful with great customer service i had an issue with one of my charms and she dealt with it where as the store i purchased it from would not do anything about it. Was a pleasure to shop there"

"upset with the service & staff. When I bought the charm, the staff very friendly and helpful. So I left my braclet to clean and was told I can claim it after 24hrs. However when I back to the shop the next day, one staff busy to meet new guest and she told me to wait. Another staff told me the machine had some problems and asked me to come the day after. I 'm so disappointed that why they didn't inform me in advance. So l left the shop and then I changed my mind which i wanna get back my braclet without the cleaning. The funny thing is that one staff told me someone just fixed the machine when i left and it can clean now. To be honest, it's so hard to believe if really the machine's problem or the staff just too busy to clean it. Anyway, thanks to that lady help me to clean and polish. I will never come back to buy any product from this shop. so disappointed"
