"Worst service ever received at this store. A Cartier employee named Alexander could not be bothered serving me. He was unenthusiastic and made the whole experience horrible. He wasn’t smiling, couldn’t be bothered sizing me and rushed me. The past few times I’ve been here the service has been great… but not this time. He didn’t even package my ring, he threw it into a bag and called it a day. I am extremely dissatisfied and I expect better especially since I am paying so much money for the products. I am a loyal customer here but don’t think I will be returning for a while."
