"Omg!!!! Amazing!!!!! I came in tonight with my husband for my birthday, there was a beautiful note left at the table wishing me a happy birthday. Our waiter was so lovely and professional, introduced himself name ect and gave good recommendations. We had the mozzarella and potato focaccia with the salsa which was 10/10 The empanadas were nice but reminded me of my moms lasagne, they were bolognese empanadas and we got the beef short ribs erghhhhhh 100/10 !!! For main our eyes were way too big for our stomachs, we ordered 2 plates of the wagyu scotch fillet. We did not finish our plates but tried our best. Hands down the best steak we have ever eaten. For sides we had the rocket, Parmesan, balsic snd pine nut salad, amazing and the roast Potatos , I didn’t like the sauce but it didn’t matter because the Potatos were amazing on there own. 100 % recommend going to Palermo, an amazing experience. Was such a nice vibe and completely full even on a Wednesday night lol. Thank you !!!!!!!"
"Amazing food for dinner, and very friendly service. We especially really enjoyed the chicken! We later learned that the chef might be a wizard, which comes as no surprise. Very meat focused, but that's to be expected from a steakhouse of course. Great wine selection too! We left tipsy and satisfied."
"Very fascinating and interesting Argentinian steakhouse restaurant in Melbourne CBD. This place is tucked away in a nice corner consisting of many restaurants but this one is a really good place and worthwhile to visit and dine in. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly and they offer traditional recommendations if you are stuck with ordering, you can ask what are the traditional meals and they will recommend. The food is absolutely delicious and you can’t go wrong with selecting anything from the menu. The prices are moderate but if you are selecting a three course meal, you will pay more. Prices are moderate, but if you are going for a scotch fillet or porterhouse, then expect to pay a bit more, but the prices are not over the top. I would recommend the lamb rump or scotch fillet with the Ensalada as a great accompanying side. Entrees are also really tasty and traditional Argentinian. The Ricota entree is delicious and a good recommendation. The atmosphere is really nice and warm inside, and the seating arrangement is well designed. The service is quite good and friendly, and the requested meals come in a timely manner. I would heartily recommend a visit to this amazing restaurant. I take my hat off to the restaurant, chefs and staff. I will come back again another time."
"The restaurant atmosphere was dim and cosy. The service was fabulous and very prompt. Our waitress was lovely. Entrees, mains and desserts were all great. The tatare was the star entree dish. The downside to the mains had to be the wait time for the steaks, which took over 50 minutes! I liked how they changed our plates after each meal. Because of the long wait for our main meals, they offered us free desserts which was very nice. I personally did not like the Flan (dulce de leche crème caramel with slated peanut praline), the added caramel was way too sweet. However, the Alfajor (shortbread cookies with dulce de leche) was absolutely divine. Overall, it was a great experience although I found that it was interesting how we had to give tips whilst paying for our bill."
"Great experience! A wonderful menu with great options. The service was great. Our waiter ensured that we were serviced great wine and food was brought out relatively quickly considering the wait time. Steaks were cooked to perfection!!!!"
