Reviews
"I had the "feed me" menu with my partner, no issues catering to me being vegetarian and him wanting the regular menu minus fish. Each course that came out was amazing, I loved that the main was a platter of curries and we were asked if we wanted a top up of any of our curries or naan. The naan was especially good and overall I loved everything I ate."
"The ambiance is very fascinating and captivating. Nice selection of colours but the old empty bottles of wine is a bit over. The food was enough to satisfy your appetite and your taste buds. The service needs a bit of work. Bringing the drinks and appetizers to the table on a tray will be more elegant and goes well with the standards of the restaurant. After having such a fantastic meal, complimentary fennel seeds will be the icing on the cake, which was missing and disappointing. Overall it is a good place for Indian food."
"Walked inside, blown away by the room decorations and the 1980s music playing in the background. The venue was full with guests also waiting at the bar and waiting area. Immediately seated at our table, blue velvet covered booth seating right next to the hard liquor drinks trolley. Quickly served water and handed menus. We ordered multiple plates to share as well as beers from a self-service fridge. The waitress took our order down mentally, nothing written down. So cool. The plates started coming out 1 by 1, beautifully plated. Good portion sizes for the table numbers. The food was delicious. The table service was outstanding. We had a wonderful time."
"I was really looking forward to trying Daughter-in-law after hearing great reviews but was unfortunately let down by the food. The service was great. The decor was beautiful. But the food was pretty average. We ordered the tandoori lamb (there was zero char on the meat. Also, they weren’t hot when they arrived at table. As if they had been sitting on the pass for a while? Which was strange because they arrived at our table pretty quickly) The tandoori chicken, again, no char. It tasted nice and the sauce it was served with was good. The butter chicken was lovely. Very creamy and the chicken was well cooked. The lamb rogan Josh was nice but quite bland. Nann bread was lovely. The garlic potatoes were not good at all. They tasted like the potatoes were old. I am glad we went but wouldn’t rush back."
"Great culinary experience. Staff very friendly, the place has got lot of vibes. Food delicious and presented very well. Nice place to hangout with friends after a long day. Do reserve to visit DIL as it gets crowded."
