"The quality is fantastic and very fresh. Staff are very friendly. Still hoping for their sushi train to open"
"Sushi and Nori is a hidden gem located on Little Bourke Street in Melbourne's CBD. The small, unassuming shop offers some of the best sushi in the city, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu at Sushi and Nori features a range of classic and innovative sushi rolls, as well as sashimi, nigiri, and donburi bowls. The salmon sashimi is a standout dish, with thick slices of fresh salmon that practically melt in your mouth. The sushi rolls are also excellent, with creative combinations like the crunchy tuna roll with avocado and tempura flakes, and the spicy salmon roll with cucumber and mayo. One of the things that sets Sushi and Nori apart is their attention to detail. The sushi rolls are carefully crafted and beautifully presented, with a range of colorful toppings and garnishes that make each dish look like a work of art. The atmosphere at Sushi and Nori is casual and laid-back, with a few bar stools available for seating inside the shop. However, most people choose to take their sushi to go and enjoy it in nearby parks or offices. The service at Sushi and Nori is also excellent, with friendly staff who are happy to make recommendations based on your preferences. The prices are also very reasonable, especially given the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into each dish. Overall, Sushi and Nori is a fantastic sushi shop that's well worth a visit for anyone who loves fresh, delicious sushi. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or picking up a platter for a special occasion, Sushi and Nori is sure to impress."
"Great place, went with no expectations came out happy and full. Didn't expect that many varieties on the train. Very good quality and decent sizes serves. Clean and easy layout. Can get busy at lunch, we didnt had to queue but got busy and people were waiting. Karaage stuff was very good. Staff are happy to help if you have questions."
"The place looked really nice. The vibe is an high end sushi train. I liked the contemporary sushi they are making. However I would have liked to see more traditional sushi range as well. All the ones I had were yummy. My only criticism would the sushi rice was only perfect for the freshly made ones. The ones I guess have been circulated for some time seemed a tad hard and dry. I guess that is the down side of sushi train. Staff is also very friendly and attentive."
"Highly hygienic, fresh and quick. Very good customer service. Many variations of sushi. It's just the price, its too high for such a less quantity. Otherwise it's a best place to get sushi and nori"
