"On 3/4/23 I visited your store wearing my new engagement ring hoping to find a matching wedding band. The assistant was really rude and told me my beloved engagement ring was “poorly designed” by "unprofessional” jewellers who "should have known better" (her exact words) because the setting wasn’t high enough for the wedding band to fit flush / right next to the engagement ring, she proceeded to ask me who the jewellers were. When trying on a particular wedding band she called it an "unusual look” and made other off-putting comments. Still shocked by this experience."

"I walked in with my friend a couple of weeks ago to look at engagement rings. My partner had asked me to have a look around and see what I like and if something jumps out at me to tell him. This was my first time looking for engagement rings. I was pretty excited! When we went in we were not dressed up, but did not look bad, just very casual! I'm assuming we didn't look high end enough for the sales assistant Aurora though as I could tell straight away she was unimpressed with us. When I told her my partner had asked me to look and see what I like, you could tell she was uninterested and felt my friend and I would be a waste of her time. When looking at rings she even said "I don't wan to waste your time or my time" mind you the shop was EMPTY. She also made note of my rings that I had on saying when I finally get a good ring I won't wear lots of little rings like the four I had on which I felt was really offensive as the rings I wore were all sentimental. I told her I didn't plan on wearing multiple little rings and we had a laugh about it but I was quite offended. I explained my partner was looking for spend around $20,000 and when she realised that we were actually seriously looking at rings and not just "wasting her time" her whole attitude changed! She was really nice, joking around with us and wrote the details of my favourite ring. However, after that experience, being made feel like we were not good enough to be in the store there is no way in HELL I would spend my money there. Maybe the other sales executives are not as snobby as Aurora but if you walk into Anton and get her, I would suggest to wait for someone else or seriously going elsewhere because if they've employed someone like her maybe that is how they treat their customers (I'm hopeful it is not). She made my friend and I feel like we didn't belong even with money to spend. We will be buying elsewhere."
