I wrote a long emotional review earlier today as I was so touched by the professionalism and the kindness of him. Then I thought the review might be too long. Long story short, one of the decorative links of my necklace was broken, it's impossible for me to put the link back(no gap in the loops of the link), so I took it to Hildan Jewellers to repair as per the recommendation from a chain jewellery store. The owner of Hildan Jewellers fixed it in a couple of minutes, and did not charge me at all. It's rare nowadays to see such workmanship & kindness. Highly recommended."
