"Worst experience ever, I had bought a ring for my boyfriend which I was discussing with the I believe manger. I had told him that I wasn’t sure if he would like it and if he doesn’t can he return it which he replied yes and gave me a gift receipt. A few days later we came back to return it, I asked the girl working if I could return it, which she said they don’t do returns and could only give me store credit. I told her that when I bought it I was told that I in fact could return it, the man who sold it to me came out and asked what the problem was, after telling him I wanted to return it he began to be extremely rude and said that he told me I couldn’t return it when I purchased the ring and that I could only do store credit, he then said that it had been worn aswell which it hadn’t and he said that “he can tell” with a rude tone. He was horrible and rude while telling me he doesn’t know what I expect him to do, I began to tear up as he was very intimidating and agreed to the store credit. After telling my boyfriend of the situation who waited out the front he went in and spoke to him while showing him their website that states they do returns, he just replied that it’s his shop and he’s saying no because we don’t have a actual reason for returning it.the worker then put his hand on my boyfriends arm which is extremely inappropriate. I am disgusted with the whole situation and would highly advise anyone NOT to shop there!!"

"One of my favourite shops for sure. I have a few bands now. Theo personally made the bands of my choice, totally custom from the pieces I chose. All necessary repairs were done within a very short time and the extra added pieces I wanted were no issue. Theo really looks after me every time."

"We will never go back there. I was a regular customer. We exprinced the worst customer service there. My brother and I visited the shop on Easter Monday. The shop staff (Sofia) was so rude. She should not be in the retail. She is definately not happy working there. We just kindly asked her if they can fix the bracelets we bought from them. As, they told us we can return to get them fixed in the future. She started interrogating us by asking if they have been chewed by cats or dogs. Then she made us to look at their other bracelets to prove that there is nothing wrong with their stuff. We kindly told her they are just bracelets and breaking is normal and we are not blaming her for that. But, she could not stop the interrogation. We told her we are happy to pay them to get them fixed as we had done that before. I used to take all my bracelets repairs there. So, we eneded up taking our bracelets back and left the shop. They do not desreve even one star but i had to give it them to get this comment posted. Vist their shop if you wanna be insulted."

"The worst customer experience. I purchased a piece of jewellery for my son from your Doncaster store that was not the correct size. I visited the store for an exchange and enchanted the most arrogant, rude and unhelpful shop assistant I have ever dealt with in my life. My message is don't ever shop at Theodore and to the shop assistant if you can't be polite get out of retail. Rude business."
