"As a small business I like the range of carriers, but the inability to drop parcels off at hub locations for collection by the respective carrier limits our use of your service. This feature offered by your competitors gives us better pricing (as the carrier doesn't have to make another stop) whilst enabling better time management for our small business as we are not held-up waiting/wondering if collection is going to occur on any given day which is an issue with most carriers. Dropping off at hub locations has also improved the turnaround time for our customers."

"Great experience. Totally have no idea how can I send a parcel via air from Melbourne to Sydney and ensure the receiver can receive it the following day. I have called their service line number and the reception was very helpful enough to walk me through the process and different options. Going to their website and heading to the quote. It scans all different courier they partner with and shows all the prices as well. And the price for overnight service is very fair. So I didn't end up going to use airfreight option. Will totally use this next time again. And would definitely recommend."
