"Shocking service. Pre-booked a 0530 pick up. After receiving confirmation email, phone call and txt on arrival. The driver then asked my name then asked "to the airport" of which I said "no". As I had already booked online and stated my destination ( a 13km fare) on that process. The driver then proceeded to drive after I told him my destination and after 5minutes of driving he then made a u-turn to drive me back to my pick up location and stated "I have picked up the wrong booking, I was supposed to go to the airport- I will try and book you another car". All of this after he had already called and txt me confirming the booking. The driver blamed the "mix up" on a system error. Won't be using again. Left stranded at 0530 in the morning. No other car was arranged to add to this. Excellent work Silver Service. Long live Uber."

"BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!!! Used these guys while on a family holiday. Been back home in another state for 2 weeks and have noticed transactions come out today. Turns out the dodgy driver/company used a magnetic strip reader, then said I needed to use another machine... I might just board a plane to Sydney just so I can kick the drivers head in! No wonder people opt for UBER over taxis! Stay clear!!!!"

"Taxis should be banned from Sydney. Drivers think they own the road and stop spontaneously in busy lanes. They are overworked, sweatshop monkeys that need to learn to respect that being paid $18.33/hour doesn't entitle you to the entire road."

I was of the opinion that I had booked a silver service taxi and it came as a silver service taxi. These people are pretending to be something they are not. Normal cost, $25, which is what I paid on my return trip at 12.30 pm. Much more traffic. Unbelievable"
