"Refuses to do buisness with us because we currently use Sendle. We said we would happily stop using Sendle for a period so we aren't considered current customers of theirs yet they still won't reply to our emails with any helpful information or take us on. Just short blunt emails of "sorry can't help" basically. After speaking to others in an online forum about them, it seems they (like Sendle themselves) also can take 1-2 weeks to pickup parcels from you, so all in all I think I probably dodged a bullet by not transferring all our orders to them."
"Absolutely horrible customer service. Spoke to someone for 4 days for her to tell me that the delivery driver “left it in a safe place”. I live on a main road. There is no safe place and it wasn’t ever in the locked letterbox they claim it was delivered too. Told me I had to go to the police if I wanted to complain because they could do nothing."
"Absolutely disgraceful & abhorrent ‘service’ from MailPlus. If I could give negative stars, I would. Package apparently delivered - they said it was left in a safe place. Driver left the package in full view of the street- they may as well have left a big sign ‘please take me’ on it. MailPlus did not care at all that my package cost me $340. So disgusted with this service and would strongly NOT recommend. Company took NO ownership over my package not being received. They just did not care. Horrible!"
"This has been a game changer for us. With our mail around a 25min drive away it has saved us so much time over the past few years (over 100 hours). This has meant time to be better spent. As a cost it is very reasonable and for the service it has always been an enjoyable interaction. One of the best cost cutting/time saving process improvements we have implemented."
"We have not had a bad experience with MailPlus at all. Our driver that picks up and drops off our mail is awesome. He is friendly, always has a smile on is face, and is only too happy to help when we have have any questions or concerns. Their customer service is speedy and they get the job done.
