"I sadly have to give a poor review of the service. The driver of the water taxi came into the wedding reception venue and rushed us out before the agreed booking time. We felt under pressure and therefore had to rush out. We didn't get a proper send-off from all our family members on the dock like we had planned. As we were saying goodbye to some family on the dock, the driver yelled out at us to go, rushing us again. We boarded the water taxi 2 minutes (2 MINUTES) after the agreed time... Even an ordinary taxi wouldn't rush you like that if you were simply going to the airport! Perhaps if we were running 15 or 20 minutes late that would be more understandable (maybe?). But we were not running late. He rushed us early. Entering the venue, and rushing us out, these were very unprofessional things to do. If it was a $50 or $100 trip, I might not have minded, but we paid $250 for a 10 minute trip on our wedding night. The man was very nice over the phone, so I expected better service than that. Disappointing. I'm sorry to have to give a poor review, but it is what it is."
