"BE WARNED PEOPLE..! Absolutely shocking! This driver tried ripping me off, he tried charging a flat fee of $50 when the meter wasn't even turned on. Apparently I agreed on that fee when I know the trip is around low $30 from matraville. I can't see how I could agree on that fee but besides that regardless what this guy is SAYING I wasn't informed of this flat fee especially when I know how much they are. They think we're in India or Thailand or similar applying these tactics.! But honestly what a rip off!!! NEVER USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!"

"My husband and I were recently allocated a Half Price Cab from the Sydney International Airport Taxi rank. We were going to the Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport Hotel, less than 4km away and were charged over $40! The estimated fare if we had pre booked online was $9.60. We were totally ripped off. I will not be using this service ever again."
"Took taxi today from the airport to the city. Driver didn't know how to get out of the airport nor did he know how to get to the city. We had to put the address into his phone with the route to take but he wanted to follow a different longer route. We had to direct him most of the way as he couldn't even follow the route on his phone. He also didn't know how to use Cabcharge. It was a very frustrating trip to the city. I will not be using this service ever again."
