"Having changed landlord insurers several times in the past (amongst many other well known and heavily publicised brands) I was always dismayed at renewal time when the renewal increase would always be much greater than the initial honeymoon purchase premium that had been used as an enticement. Imagine my surprise when not only was CHU very easy to deal with, with straightforward quote and purchase on their website, their renewal notice after the first year of my policy came with a modest 0.25% reduction in premium over the initial year, despite high inflation. I have since switched both of my investment policies to CHU and both of them are much more competitively priced than the "well known" brands. CHU also allowed me to tailor my policies specific to my requirements (such as one property is rented fully furnished so the required insured value exceeds what some of the "well known" brands would allow as their maximum under a landlord insurance policy). I can highly recommend anyone seeking landlord's insurance to give CHU a try."

"I had worked with CHU over numerous years professionally as a Strata Manager and always had a great experience. Certainly the most prompt and understanding when it comes to claims, acceptance is always per policy wording, it never felt like they were trying to avoid accepting claims. They are quick with renewal quotes and never let me down in that regard.
