"What a bunch of lying, incredulous fools. Every team member I have dealt with so far has lied, failed to do their job and been downright useless to deal with. I have had my own plumbing reports, videos, and builders reports, yet their plumbers who claimed their was no leak re-flooded my house. Almost 6 months on, and no resolve and they wont even deny the claim so i can move forward. Never insure with this immoral and corrupt organisation."
"NEVER use this company. Refused to cover my building insurance claim even though I had water toxicity reports, construction reports and hydraulic engineer reports all confirmed flood water ingress through the walls into my property - they claimed I did this with a garden hose (as accused by Crawford and company) refusing coverage. My claims manager even said to me: "You home owners think your covered for everything".. When in-fact, my policy is MEANT to cover flash flooding! But for my claim, Longitude insurance only allowed 1 report to be submitted which were false accusations supplied by Crawford and company who accused me of flooding my own home with 200,000 liters of water in under 5 minutes twice in one-day (according to Longitude Insurance my garden hose is so powerful it also flooded 6 additional garages in my complex and another home in my neighboring street) using only a garden hose that had been filled with feces water which caused 7 types of mould throughout my entire property (which also flooded my car in FEB22) & disallowed all other reports that confirmed I flooded in order to deny my claim. I find this strange considering there is no garden hose attached at my home! I've escalated so many complaints & they did absolutely nothing but ignored my emails & phone-calls. This company should not be allowed to operate any business in Australia. 1 star is even too much for this company"

"We had a major fire in a building of four units. These guys have been incredibly difficult to deal with. They expect the residents to live in the fire debris in common areas despite the policy wording guaranteeing that accomodation would be provided until the premises are returned to pre-fire standards. There have been things stolen from the site due to lack of security even though that is offered under the policy - the site was not secured for weeks. They have moved people in and out of the building multiple times as it is uninhabitable but they keep insisting it can be lived in. The smell is horrific, the soot levels are a health hazard, there has been a major gas leak caused by the repairers and no one at Longitude wants to sort it out. Please see the photo of the "safe for children who live there" main building entry below and know that we are filing a complaint with AFCA. Don't insure with these people...ever."
