At The Berry Street Clinic, our dedicated team of professionals is committed to providing quality, continuous multidisciplinary care from infancy through to early adulthood. We believe in a holistic approach, taking into consideration all aspects of a child's well-being. In addition to traditional doctor-patient consultations, we also offer psychometric and cognitive testing, as well as therapy with our team of allied health professionals.

Convenience is important to us, which is why our clinic is conveniently located just a 5-7 minute walk from North Sydney train station. Metered parking is available on nearby streets, but we recommend parking in the North Sydney Council multi-storey carpark in Ward Street for the best value.

To ensure that you receive the necessary care, all patients are required to have a valid referral from their GP or another specialist prior to their appointment. This referral should be emailed to The Berry Street Clinic before your scheduled appointment. With a valid referral, you will be able to access Medicare rebates.

Once you have booked your initial appointment, our reception team will email you our new patient paperwork, which includes surveys and questionnaires for you and your child's teacher to complete (if applicable). While these forms are optional, we encourage you to complete them as they provide useful contextual information for your treating doctor. Please ensure that you also complete the patient details form prior to your appointment. All new patient forms should ideally be emailed to the clinic beforehand or can be brought in on the day. If you are unable to locate your new patient forms, simply contact our reception staff, and we will happily provide you with a new copy.

In order to provide the best care for your child, we kindly request that you bring any relevant previous doctors' reports, school reports, or allied health reports to your appointment. Additionally, please remember to bring your Medicare card.

If your child requires ancillary testing or intervention at our clinic, our reception team will contact you prior to your appointment to provide you with any necessary instructions.

Lastly, we would like to emphasize that our clinic has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse or aggression. We kindly ask that you respect our staff both in the clinic and over the phone. In the event of any aggressive behavior, the conversation will be terminated.
