"I got the signature acne treatment package, and the person just jabbed everywhere on my face, not even considering how ready it was to pop. A few days have passed, my face is now all bumpy, and I’m so worried this will give me marks everywhere. She didn’t even give me a thorough consultation in the first place and put me into the treatment room as if she was in a rush to get everything done. I was lying on the bed, just putting up with whatever she put on my face. It was an awful experience. I have been here once for the same treatment, which left a mark on my face, so I raised my concern before the treatment. She said that it is outlined on the paper that the treatment has a risk of leaving marks, and I signed it. Still, it does not give the person who did my face the free pass to mess up with my face, and how am I supposed to prevent the person from jabbing all over when I’m not an expert in acne treatment, so I don’t know if she was doing the right thing? I will never go back to this place and I’m so sad looking in the mirror now…"

"I took upfront 8-10 sessions from a laser package. From all the appointments I’ve had, my overall experience was awful. The front desk receptionist was always rude and not accommodating to a pleasant customer experience. As a customer, if you’re going for a laser appointment you expect the staff to be sweet, soft spoken and understanding your needs. I’ve been to multiple laser clinics since I was in high school and I’ve not had to deal with such a staff where I always feel like I’m walking on eggshells. I would literally feel like avoiding the conversation or walking to the clinic knowing how my presence would be treated. I wouldn’t recommend going here, there are lots of other laser clinics in sydney."

"The worst customer care! My appointment was moved with no prior phone call and when I called Susie said she moved it and assumed it would have been fine after I had just stated that I don’t work near by and this impacts my work schedule. I have also mentioned this twice before as this is the 3rd time it has happened. She was so rude on the phone and I was clearly up set that this is a reoccurring issue and she just told me they normally call 2 days before (which is crazy considering it was moved a week in advance and I have work commitments to juggle) and to submit a complaint online and hung up. Definitely won’t be recommending"

"I have recently made the move for my laser over from North Sydney Laser Clinics to Clear Skincare. I've had two appointments so far and the experience has been night and day. No condescending or "know it all" attitudes to deal with here. From the two experiences I've had, I've been impressed and treated very nicely. After a final sub par experience at Laser Clinics I'm also making the switch to Clear Skincare for my lip fillers."

"I had my first DermaPen treatment done by Susan & I am so pleased with the results so far. I was anxious at first, but Susan informed me that the pain would be tolerable. She made the experience so easy, always checking in to see if I felt okay. I have dealt with acne/scaring for awhile & have tried different medications/treatments but have never found one that helped, apart from the treatment I had by Susan. I am confident to say that I will be a regular. Great job! Xxx"
