"I pre booked a taxi to take me to hospital for an appointment I was waiting for 15 minutes and got a message to call the driver and I did he asked me where are you going and hanged up on me. I kept waiting and I called again to receive a message saying I can’t take you. I couldn’t believe driver responded to me in such a manner . So unprofessional and rude I was lucky that my neighbour saw me standing outside for a while and took me to my appointment . It is outrageous service."

"I prebooked a London taxi on the Wednesday and paid for the trip in full to be picked up at 2pm on Saturday. Saturday 1:50pm comes around and I get a text message saying my trip has been cancelled and have a good day. I call them straight away and ask what’s going on. They say that no drivers accepted the job you we will refund you within 5 days. WHAT!!!!!!! I talk to the lady and say that I prebooked 4 days in advance but then the driver didn’t accept the job… As a small business owner, don’t give you customers problems, give them solutions… why not organise another car. Now I’m left running late and have to organise another car. You created a problem for your customer to deal with!!! NOT HAPPY!!!"
