"BIGGEST FRAUD - they will send you Invoices after shipping is done and take money out of your card by claiming fine prints policies. TOTALLY AVOID them and they should be reported to Fair Trading. Correct dimension and correct weight was put on while booking and still they added Manual Handling charges....Boxes won't fly itself so someone has to handle them."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Interparcel's shipping services and feel compelled to share my story. I initially purchased shipping services from Interparcel on March 13, 2023, to transport my TV from Tasmania to Perth. Unfortunately, upon receiving my TV, I discovered that it had been heavily damaged during transportation. The TV was well packed.(in fact, our last time moved from Sydney to Tassie we also ship this TV from other Transit Company Services, but we don't have any issue with that experience. only this time with interparcel, we use same method to pack our tv, with a lot of protection inside of the box.) Seeking resolution, I promptly contacted Interparcel to request compensation for the damage, as per the terms and conditions of the Transit Warranty I had purchased. However, my attempts to seek redress were met with frustration and unhelpfulness. After carefully reviewing Interparcel's terms and conditions, I determined that my TV did not fall under the category of Prohibited or Restricted Items, as specified in Sections 10 and 11. Furthermore, I had purchased the appropriate Transit Warranty, which, according to Section 4 of Interparcel's terms and conditions, covers loss or damage in transit up to a maximum value of $2,000. To support my claim, I provided Interparcel with the necessary documentation, including a cost/wholesale invoice for my TV, as required by Section 4.7 of their terms and conditions. However, despite the evidence, I was met with contradicting information during a phone call with Interparcel's supervisor. I was told that TVs are not covered by the warranty, a fact that had never been communicated to me during previous interactions with their staff. This lack of consistency and transparency has left me feeling misled and frustrated. I had hoped for a fair and amicable resolution, but Interparcel's response has been anything but satisfactory. As a result, I am left with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction and warn others about my experience. I may even have to explore the possibility of seeking legal advice to protect my consumer rights. Overall, my experience with Interparcel's shipping services has been marked by poor communication, contradictory information, and a lack of accountability. I cannot recommend their services based on the disappointing outcome of my claim. It is my sincere hope that Interparcel takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their customer service and adherence to their own terms and conditions."
