"No point booking, wait times are ridiculous. 9:20am appointment- seen at 10am. Was informed 2 ahead of me at 9:15am, when first available appointment was 9am. Dr Anes Karahasan extremely rude and unprofessional, was told if didn't like wait time go elsewhere. I don't mind waiting - but not 40 minutes when I'm spoken to in the manner I was, then seen for less than 5 minutes. Perhaps arrive 15 mins early to read through your 'reports' so you see patients relatively on time and bookings have a 'standard' or 'long' consult time to prevent extremely long wait times for patients - not a difficult concept to grasp, but apparently it is for this practice. This was not a one off occurrence either. On another occasion a family member had a scheduled appointment to be told on arrival there were no doctors at all working in the practice that day!"

"Earlier this year I attended this centre with what I thought was a minor problem. Turned out to be a major problem. I was treated with the utmost care. I credit the professionalism of Dr Islam and the support staff being the nurse Norma, receptionist nurses Lisa and Dahlia with saving my life. I owe them a great debt of gratitude. If you are looking for a doctor who will get to the root of your problem quickly and efficiently you should trust the doctors and staff to treat you with Your best interests at heart in this centre. Dr Shahnaz is a wonderful doctor and a perfect leader in this centre. Caring, kind doctors who put you first and the nurses who treat you with dignity and the respect you deserve are found in this centre. I want to thank all of you for giving me the best care I could have ever received."

"My family and I have been attending this surgery for many years, even from when they were at the other end of Queen St. Dr Shanaz, Dr Islam and Dr Ines are the ultimate professionals when it comes to GP’s. My three year old granddaughter just loves Dr Ines and prefers not to go if he isn’t working. I often have to do a walk in rather than book and appointment, but have rarely experienced an extended wait time. The reception staff, Lisa and Dahlia, go out of their way to assist all who attend, and Nurse Norma is simple the best! I can thoroughly recommend this practice for all ages of patients."
