"We have a family dim sum lunch at the restaurant. It is crowded and staff are busy and thus the service level is not what I expected. The dim sum are served hot and the taste are nice, will come again when I visit Melbourne again. Food = 4.5 Service 3.3 Environment 4 Value 4.5"
"Was very busy and we were hungry so decided to give it a go. The front of house was friendly and after a short wait got a table. The food was fine, nothing to write home about, service was also fine. Additional weekend tax changed the rating to a 3 star. A cheap quick meal for 2 ended up being $110+"
"Went here to try their xiao long bao. The pork inside and soup tasted good. But the dumpling skin was very thick. Which in my opinion the dumpling skin should be as thin as possible without breaking too easily. The pork ribs were very nice and tasty, might be a little too Salty for some. The soup noodle was very bland, but I think that is how is dish is meant to be."
"We ordered Mongolian Beef, Honey Chicken & Special Fried Rice & Jasmine tea. Rice came out first, 5 minutes later, the beef came out. After a further 10 minutes we asked where the chicken was only to be told it would be another 10 minutes. Disappointing to have cold Rice and one of us not having a meal for so long. We ended up sharing the beef waiting for the chicken. It was the best Honey Chicken EVER. Crispy and very thin batter. They don't advise of their surcharge for weekends or public holidays (standardly charged) until you walk up to the register to pay. They dont ket you know of wait time when they don't bring out all the meals together. Great food, expensive, located in Cina town so easy to get to. QR code on the table for ordering, great idea to free up the wait staff for delivering food and clearing tables. Perhaps more kitchen staff would help . Two people and our meals came out 15 minutes apart - not good"
"Delicious authentic Chinese food in the heart of Chinatown. Attentive staff, excellent rapid service and the food was top quality. We had ginger and garlic prawn pork dumplings which were divine, followed by Spicy Peanut chicken and honey chicken, accompanied by steamed rice. Two glasses of wine to go alongside. The food was outstanding, will definitely be back and taking our friends and family! 10/10"
