"Large variety of dishes and large portions. Actually uses spicy sichuan pepper in their dishes. Small was 2 dishes with rice for $13.80 and large was 3 dishes for $15.80. Popcorn chicken was not very crispy but tasty. Mapo tofu was hard tofu rather than silken tofu but good spicy. Not sure of the name of the last dish but it was nice, tangy and sour. Lots of people and crowded seating. Open door so quite cold. Would come for a quick feed if I was in the city."

High volume pumping through customers. Food 4/5 *Food here despite it being canteen style, is actually full of flavour, crispy and delicious and full of kicks and punches of flavour. *I did not like the fact they didn't mention the chicken has bones it as my gum got a surprise stab in the mouth by a bone.. * * Value 5/5 *Super affordable, super generous portions. Really really good value that provides kicks of flavours by up to 3 choices. Atmosphere 5/5 *Modern, bright and clean. Extenely limited seating, so be prepared to take it away. "Biased reviews for a free drink as a reward. The food is average, not authentic Chinese food but tailored to western tastes. I like the Honey Chicken and Braised Pork Belly. I saw a lot of people having Scramble Egg with Tomato. The portion is Ok. They are using small tableware to make the portion looks bigger. I don't recommend ordering takeaway as it will downsize the portion further to fit the takeaway boxes. It is a little pricey considering the portion of food and for sure as the restaurant is located on Swanston Street, they need to increase the price to cover the soaring rent. They have weekend surcharges as well which makes having a meal here over the weekend not worth it."
