"READ REVIEWS BEFORE EATING HERE!! I paid $20 for 14 frozen prawn dumplings that were clearly store bought. They tasted good, because they were the hargow prawn dumplings you can buy at woolworths at 1kg for $18. Such a rip off. Never coming here again."
"I can't believe this place has not been closed down. 4 males finishing up, we entered and had to call them from out the back. Our food was frozen in the middle, yes FROZEN! The dishes were small and mediocre. The place is a mess. Stuff everywhere, including medications on the counter. English is either non existent or minimal. The toilets offered dish/hand wash and shampoo. I don't even know where to go with that. There's even a bed tucked away in there. It looks and just feels filthy. They have you QR and pay for your order prior to getting it, so beware you will not get a refund. I would not recommend this place, even if you are starving. I understand making a living is difficult, but this goes from difficult to simply not caring about health and safety and dodging food poisoning."
"Ordered with 2 other people in the place, took 1.3hours for uncooked dumplings. Having to resend it back and only having it microwaved. Absolute waste of time. Everything was undercooked. Ruined our night. Couldn’t even leave because they couldn’t/wouldn’t refund us. Even Gordon Ramsey couldn’t fix this place."
"It was very quiet when we arrived (9pm on a Friday night) and we ordered via the qr code. 25 minutes later we got our drinks, including 'china tea', which turned out to be a dilmah teabag. After 40 minutes we received our first dish- tea eggs, which were totally fine. Our steamed dumplings then arrived, which were stone cold. Another 10 minutes for our Chinese broccoli, which was fine, but cost $17. At close to an hour, we asked about our main dish (sausage mixed noodles) and were told it was 2 minutes away. Ten minutes later it arrived in a takeaway container (we requested this as we were super ready to leave), again cold. Like, fridge cold. The dish turned out to be egg noodles with some chili oil and sliced salami of some kind on top. Genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had in Chinatown."
"Best Chinese food we have ever had. Big boast I know but it was incredible. Super tasty and pleanty on your plate. Was so good we kept picking at each others dishes. We almost had to roll ourselves back out the door! Has downstairs and upstairs dinning. The toilets are upstairs, so keep that in mind for anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommended."
