"Food has been good on numerous occasions, no problems that I have seen. Problem has been if the order either wasn't ready for some time - because of how busy the place was.. or in one case never appeared at all and I just gave up and left without... As there are limited things open nearby in the evening, you can get a continuous mob of "food delivery" riders. I know they are a big source of income for many places - but they are typically arrogant, pushy, and just form a human wall and backpacks in front of the regular customers. I think the staff do the best they can, but from regularly observing things, the delivery drivers seem to get their orders first - everyone else waits patiently in the background and finds their orders go missing, or they miss hearing their number called or their orders are sitting in the warming drawers waiting until someone gets a free moment to check and discover it's been there for 15 minutes.. (unless you are pushy and get your way to the counter to interrupt the busy staff and feel like one of those idiots waving their phones around demanding where your order is..). Tired of it. Food is good. Systems are stuffed. Won't be wasting my time with GyG in future.."

"I got my order really fast, almost immediately after I ordered through the app. The burrito was well made and tastes consistent with other GYG’s, yummy as usual. There are a dew seats in front of the shop. The shop itself is a bit hidden though, but not hard to find if you follow maps or know that there is a GYG located in the complex."

"Half the proportion, worst quality As a genuine fan of Guzman y Gomez, I’ve never had a complaint for their food for years until today. To be direct- this chain (Collins st) is the worst I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to most of the other ones. I visited GYG Collins st at 3:09pm on ANZAC day and as much as I want to appreciate the hard work during public holiday I couldn’t. Shouldn’t the public holiday price rates reflect equal product being sold to customers despite a working on holiday? Clearly wasn’t. I received half the proportion and a small teaspoon amount of guac (add-on) which I questioned if it came out correctly- which they said that is the standard. Lol Staff were yelling at each other, seemed super unorganised, didn’t put in the extra hot sauce I asked for- which they replied everything is as I ordered. Please recruit team members who can uphold proper standards of this brand thankyou."

"Curious to know why this shop always got a line. They offered new members promotion who downloaded the app with free burritos. I ordered it and be ready in 10 min. Great portion for a free dish and surprisingly tasty while u can taste how fresh are the Ingredients."
