Reviews
"Im surprised by the amount of negative reviews. I was invited by a co worker that always go to this restaurant and the food was amazing. The waiters were very polite (surprising for French, sorry, hehe) and friendly. This was Thursday mid day and the place was full. I bet if it was that bad, it wouldnt be so popular. Im very critical, but I cant fault anything."
"Good definitely not my taste. So bad. But here is really busy. Cuz have a lot or wine. Drink menu really big . Service are really good. Everyone are friendly even they make up smile on their face but still smile. That’s good enough ."
"Absolutely bustling every night, France Soir is an absolute must try for everyone. The extensive menu means there is something for everyone - steak, fish of the day, and all the well-known and well-loved favourites. Definitely can't go past the escargots and lamb brains here if you want to try something different. Executed very well and bursting with flavours!"
"Underwhelming. Booked for a table of 3, they mentioned we booked for 2. Managed to "do something for us". We ordered almost instantaneously, knowing the menu at the back of our hands. Food came in 3 parts, oysters felt not so fresh. Quail was fine. Mussels in white wine were too watery, was extremely diluted. Escargot was fine. Lamb brain was excellent. It was followed by the meats, the rabbit, Veal, Porterhouse, cockerelle and duck served with a side of fries. ALL the meat were underseasoned and very very bland. One wonders what the back of the house were tasting there. This dissuade us from getting the desserts. The waiter attempted to joke for "no tips". Poor experience. Will not return."
