"Lovely lady providing kind and happy customer service. The lady was surprised I knew I was ordering eel when I asked for Unagi, I am a big fan of Unagi. First time trying it at this venue. The rice was nice and hot, the salad was fresh and crunchy, beautiful roasted sesame dressing over the top as a side. The Unagi with hot medium grain rice was perfect and full of flavour with the thick sauce that “glistened”. Lucky for me I’m only a 2 minute walk away and I got to eat it while it was hot and fresh. I want to try all of the other dishes at the venue and look forward to tasting them."
