"Honestly, this is the craziest experience ever. My wife was followed around the store, to 3 different areas and photographed by an employee that works at this store. When she asked them not to take her photo she was met with a shrug. I will point out to you that my wife has dark skin. I was in the car with my daughter when my wife called me upset. I went down to the store and from there on, nobody seemed to have an issue (funny that). I will also now point out that I am white. Racism is disgusting in this day and age and is not acceptable. Keep the same energy when everyone is there so we can have a chat next time. It's funny to see all the negative reviews for poor staffing as the people I experienced were laughable. Thanks Cotton On as my family will no longer shop at any of your stores."

"I shopped there this afternoon for my 15 year old daughter with my younger two kids. We were looking for cold weather clothes for my daughters ski trip next week. By the time we got to the fitting room, we had had several interactions with Liana. She is so engaging, knowledgeable and friendly. There is such an ease about her which makes it feel like it’s so effortless to provide assistance to people. I’ve been served by her a few times and each interaction has been consistently lovely. While we were at the fitting room, Diana started to assist us with Liana, creating conversation and asking questions about what we were doing. When she heard that my daughter was going skiing, Liana & Diana both mentioned some snow gear that was returned by a customer from a change of mind. They immediately sprang to action to check if the sizes were suitable for my daughter - which I found super thoughtful and very genuine and intentional. It turns out they were the perfect size, so we ended up purchasing the pants that we didn’t even go to store for, along with the items we were seeking! Please express my thanks to the girls for being so wonderful. We thanked them a lot but I really wanted to ensure I put this in writing. There are floods of complaints that come through to retailers and not enough people who share their positive experiences - which I know are plentiful. The Hurstville Cotton on team is wonderful. I have always had great service and am ALWAYS acknowledged by someone if not multiple team members! Well done & thank you!"

"The store is big enough for most of your needs whether it's for men, women or kids there are generally enough for the family however the men's section seems to always have the same sort of items in it and the jumpers seem to be shorter than usual jumpers also becoming midriff I have a chicago Bulls jumper and a Seattle jumper and after a couple of washes I am hesitant to purchase anymore jumpers from Cotton on."

"The store itself is great, huge store with good sales. Unfortunately a few of the very young girls who are at the register are very rude. Did not say a single word to me when I was at the counter, not a hello or even tell me the price when paying and continued to have a conversation between themselves. It’s really unprofessional and a simple hello goes a long way. The older workers are nice and helpful."
