"Today I went to Ally in Hurstville around 1:38 pm and I was treated badly by the two employees of the store, they had black hair, one was wearing a black T-shirt and the other a white crop top. I asked them if they had a dress that I saw on the website, but very rudely she replied: No! The website is different from the store! The two were laughing when it came out! Even though I was poorly attended, I bought a dress and when I got home I saw that it had the security lock, that is, I will need to go to the store again. Shame on this kind of service!"
"One of the worst customer services I've ever experienced. I visited the store a couple days ago where two girls with brunette hair were working. I didn't even receive a simple greeting when I first entered which was fine, but as I was shopping I asked for assistance and I most definitely did not receive it. These girls were extremely rude and standoffish, dismissing my enquiry about a clothing piece, and continued to gossip about their personal lives. Perhaps friendlier staff should be hired that don't roll their eyes and act as though actually doing their job is an inconvenience to them."
