"Generally a fan of Witchery products! The staff were super friendly and helpful contrary to other reviews and didn’t rush us at all and helped us with recommendations. Just wish some popular items had more sizing!"

"I have never had an issue with Witchery until today. I went in store to return a dress I bought online and was told by the sales assistant that "she could tell it had been washed with fabric softener!" I was completely shocked by the accusation. I told her I had literally taken it out of the plastic packaging it had arrived in, tried it on and then put it straight back in! All the tags were on and the dress was still creased due to the packaging when it was folded! I asked her how she could make such an assessment as the fabric was completely like the other ones in store and I couldn't smell anything different (maybe she was smelling the perfume i was wearing that day). She issued the refund but maintained this crazy view. I left the store with such a sour taste in my mouth. To be accused of something like that is abhorrent to me.... I have always been a good Witchery customer. Now I know why people complain about the sales assistants in this store. So disappointing....."

"Very poor customer service. My partner and I were in store 17.03.21 looking for a top for an event I was attending and not one of the two sales ladies acknowledged us, no nod or a smile, nothing. I had to ask my partner if he could get me different sizes, which if fine if they were busy, they were not. I asked one a question as I was looking for something specific, and she replied with a “ I’m not sure” still no assistance offered. The first time the second one said something was to tell me the top I was looking at was not for sale as it was in next weeks sale and a new release. That’s another discussion I’m sure. When they over heard me tell my partner that if I had more time I would go to a different Witchery as they did not deserve my business, they approached after whispering to each other. All of a sudden they are happy to help. I hope these girls are not management as it sets a very low standard to their brand"

"The worst customer service ever! The girls didn't even greet me when I walked in, they stared at me as if I couldn't afford to shop there, and yet I have been a Witchery customer for years. Just because someone wears gym gear doesn't mean they aren't working professionals! The audacity of these retail workers! To make matters worse, when I went to purchase my items I wasn't even greeted with a smile, I was treated like a transaction. Never coming back here! Witchery you need to set up a "secret shopper" program to ensure that staff are behaving professionally at all times! This is disgraceful"

"Witchery create beautiful, stylish, modern, smart casual clothing, shoes and accessories for most sizes and all occasions. I have purchased many items from Witchery over the years. Each season their ranges are lovely and I find that Witchery clothing lasts, it launders well. I popped into this store yesterday to try on some of the new season's range. This is a smaller store and well set out and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful researching and finding out which store stocked the sizes I needed."
