"I brought a north face jumper then I get home it came with a small makeup mark I didn’t wear and I put in the washing machine then the jumper was full of marks in one sleeve and then I came here to make a claim and exchanged it cause I didn’t wear at all it’s unfair I paid for something that I didn’t wear and it in a bad condition I tried to change and they didn’t care at all"
"I went to buy shoes yesterday they made me wait for almost 20min because they couldn’t find the shoe that i ordered. Then after they say they found it i get to the counter i saw only 1 pair of the shoes then the cashier said to one of the staff to get the shoe at the display, the shoe where costumer mostly use and try to check their fitting size. They didn’t even ask my opinion. So basically they sold me a used shoe so disappointing."
