"Bought shoes last night on sale. The size was a bit tight for me. It was a hard sell I can say and feel because I fitted the shoes at the store but the other lady that night was so pushy so I end up buying it. I should have just said no. Had returned the next day for an exchange, the 1st lady assisted me well. looked for the next size up and even called the other stores availability for it. Sadly it was the last pair. I asked for an exchange of a different shoes. However the other lady named Laura said it’s not possible for an exchange since it was on sale. I had to agree and comeback later since we have reviewed their return and exchange policy. Laura was so firm that she told me already it cannot be done, whilst we have called them before going back to the store and said it can be replaced, and at the store we have to point out at the “return exchange policy” located at the cashier desk, it’s not indicated that items for sale are not eligible for exchange. That’s when she changed her mind and agreed to have an exchange for the shoes. That’s misleading information, obviously she didnt want to assist when I first came in and asked nicely, we have to comeback and review the return exchange policy to check our rights as a consumer/customer."
"Just bought Asics kids shoes and cost $110 which is $10 more expensive than the official website for the same shoes. Rebal is on sale even cheaper than that price. I think this shop is the most expensive among the shoe shops. My 2 stars are giving to the lady who served us. She is lovely. But consider of price maybe no stars and I will not go back to that shop again."

"You want experience great customer service? Look no other than Sportsco in Westfield at Hurstville. The store was quite busy but there was a staff member named Alyshia who showed an example of poise, patience and composure. Very approachable and helpful. She went above and beyond with her assistance in sorting out the kids sneaker I was after. It goes to show that it doesn’t really matter how big or fancy a store may look it’s merely about the service provided that keeps shoppers coming back. Great Job Alyshia!!"
