"I have brought a new 4 Pcs Florida set when I brought the item it was on sale and was never told that the item is discontinued and will not be covered under warranty. Upon receiving the item it was faulty and the single seater chair was not properly balanced and the middle leg of the three seater is not properly grounded. When I raised this with Osmen they said they will send me another piece but that too had the same problem now they have come back and said they can't do anything and only offer $300 store credit. I didn't want to accept it as this would mean that I have to accept the faulty product. Beware of Osmen they don't keep up their words."

"I just want to say that Angie is a true representation of customer service, From the initial purchase right through to delivery. She gives a honest opinion and won’t let you pick a piece of furniture just for the sale. But what really impressed me about Angie was the delivery, my delivery was packed wrong by the warehouse (bar table too short and missing cushions from lounge) and I was very upset and distressed to say the least as was unable to use my new furniture and had people coming over the next day for daughter’s birthday. It was Angie’s day off and after hours of arguing with service department to to please re-deliver missing items from warehouse, was told that no delivery trucks were Available and that I would not receive my items that day, so to my surprise Angie had organised 2 people from head office to bring the missing pieces of furniture and she also turned up at my place to make sure I was happy and that all furniture was correct. I have never experienced that before especially when it was Angie’s day off and she really didn’t have to help but she really cares about her customers, which is why I’m giving 5 stars despite the whole delivery experience because I feel Angie is a asset to Osmen and if Angie had not done what she did I would still be waiting."

"To everyone out there, please refrain from buying anything from these people. They are fraudsters and should not be trusted at any level. If it happens that Osmen is THE only option then order the stuff which is on the floor stock. Do not order anything which you don't see. There is no connection between Marketing, Sales and logistics. Thank God we were lucky to get our money refunded from these fraudsters and this was also a herculean task. We do understand that these are tough times and we have always abided with all the service providers with reference to delayed delivery schedules etc but these people feed on your trust factors. Visit them only if this is the last option for you to survive."
