"The basketball courts are ridiculously SLIPPERY, when I spoke to the staff about cleaning / resurfacing the courts they said the issue had already been brought up hundreds of times with management and there's no chance anything will done. Playing on a court full of dust is not fun, not to mention it's also a big risk of injuries."
"The basketball courts are dangerously slippery and in dire need of resurfacing. Multiple players injured at today's rep game. Can't believe we were charged $8 to watch our kids slip and slide around the court. Someone is going to get seriously injured there soon."
"School Holiday Programs - Marrickville branch – suggestions for Improvement: - Starting of school holidays programs on time instead of 35 minutes later. - 'Multisport' day program was about only one sport (badminton). My child was very disappointed, no even basketball that day. - A male coach drinking energy drinks while the day program is starting and talking to the children. - Couch (responsible person) and helpers looking their phone while the program is occurring and waiting for balls being inflated. Basque balls should be ready for the day program well in advance. - Include in the program 'watching TV', So parents can decide if this seat well with families. My child wasn't enrolled to watch tv after 2:15 pm. It was not mentioned anywhere in the enrolment papers that TV was part of the program 9 am - 3 pm. - I was given the "too difficult" answer when I inquired about managing children expectation on the day. Big red flag here!"
"I really like this place! My kid has been doing basketball training here for over a year. It’s very big and echo-y so it must be tough on people with auditory issues - but it has really good community spirit! They also run free food for the local community which is lovely to see through tough times."
