"I used to purchase from this store a fair bit. My wife went in today and had an awful experience with the so called “store manager”. My wife went to exchange a pair of shoes with the receipt. The manager advised her that she needed to pay the store an additional $20, as the shoes are now on sale. All she requested was for a straight swap for a smaller size. Manager went on to say “I am doing you a favour I could easily say no”. Wife said thank you and walked out. This manager should be sent back to training prior to allowing her to deal with clients."
