"Reasonable size store. But useless staff. I visited the here to buy hiking shoes. There were 4 staff i have seen.. 3 if them just having a chat with with a child. Other staff helping a customer to get some discount under staff discount. When i asked about a specific shoe brand, staff pointed out the place where those in rack and told that's what they have.. As a person who's having reasonable eyesight I knew where shoes are located. We expect more help than that when we buying things like that. Becase there was no staff help for me, I tried few by myself to find correct size. Then I wanted to know bit more about it (Kathmandu doesn't give much details on the item in the price display tag compared to other stores). So I ended up searching online for the details i want avd found the same shoe available online 70 aud less delivering next day. So good on your staff attitude. I served myself by finding correct size and getting it from online for cheaper."
