"If you want to hire staff that literally do nothing but sit at the counter and gossip, then General Pants you have wasted your money and probably need to talk to your recruitment agency. I have been to this store multiple times and never received any help and when I do ask for help I get an eye roll of inconvenience. Nawww diddums I'm sorry you actually have to do some WORK when you're at WORK. Really disappointing given that I have such a great experience at your Burwood and City stores. "Walked in to have Jordan help me out!! I was after matching outfits for my partner and I, and he really had his mind open to all possibilities. He is a wonderful problem solver, and offered me multiple avenues where I could take the outfits. He took into consideration my preference, my budget, and the quality I was after. He also happens to understand fashion well! This was helpful in curating my theme in 'denim on denim.' I felt like a very personal experience, and as if I was shopping with a friend! If i could give Jordan a tip - I would! He's amazing for his patience and the time and enthusiasm he invested into me. The rest of the staff in the store were also super friendly and patient, and always have been :) Hoping to bump into him again!"

She also went out of her way to go down to the tailor and ask if they could adjust the length of the jeans instead.
