"I went in on Sunday, and can honestly say all 3 girls who were working were an immense help. They had no hesitations helping find stock at another store and calling for it to be put on hold. They also were kind to answer all questions and nothing was an issue. Highly recommend the customer service from all 3 girls, and although I have a closer store to my home, I will be returning to this one due to the amazing service. Thanks girls!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I accompanied my wife to shop for some knee high boots and received some of the worst customer service we've experienced in a while...granted one of the girl was new so I don't blam her, but the other girl that was training her was probably worse - reluctant to help and sounded like she was annoyed she had to serve customers...if that's the case, why are you working in customer service jobs..."
"One of the staff (Asian) was very helpful. The other one was avoiding any contact with costumer , leaving her colleague to do everything by herself. She would look away to avoid any eye contact with costumer hoping no one would ask her for help. Wasn’t comfortable there and left without buying anything."
"I just visited the store 8:06 on a Thursday night - disgusting service… I walked in picked up a few pairs of shoes while two girls were standing behind the counter not either of them even said hi how are you and it’s funny as I went in there with the intention of buying two pairs of heels but after not even being greeted hello?
