"Fantastic show, very talented people but the theatre is run down. Patched up walls, half painted. Our seats moved as if not stable; could do with some love"
"Lovely little theatre with heaps of atmosphere makes it seem like a very intimate experience with the show, cast."
"A wonderful theatre experience! The Rocky Horror Picture Show was a fun outing with an excellent atmosphere, stage set and production! The staff were helpful, the bar was stocked with drinks and snacks and the photo opportunities helped make for a wonderful night!"
"This old style theatre was abit fancy but very outdated and could do with some attention. The theatre room is very cosy. the stage is tiny and no chance of resting your arms on the chairs that have a 3cm wide arm rests deviding the seats. The ladies toilet seat was completely broken and still open to use. Definetly not enough toilets or room to line up for them. Lucky the show velvet rewired with Marcia Hines was an expectacular show."
"Absolutely spectacular old theatre, a stunning building and really well maintained. If you're an architecture fan it's worth stopping by for a look. The setup for the show I saw was brilliant and the play itself was interesting and well put together. However, the seating I had was a bit too far to one side and it made some of the scenes hard to view. The sound quality was average, and the acoustics made parts of it incredibly loud and other parts hard to make out. Still, this didn't detract too terribly from the show. Unfortunately due to the layout and the sound it highlighted when other audience members got on their phone or started discussing scenes with friends. This really disrupted the moment and the storyline, which ruined the magic of the play. People have become so inconsiderate and self involved and it really took away from the experience. Worth going, seeing a show and experiencing the beauty. Hopefully those patrons attending with you are far more interested in what they've paid to watch rather than their phones or having a chat with their neighbours."
