Yoshi is the best Myer employee who in addition to great customer skills he posses product transaction analysis skill, in very short time found transaction difference on Myer system. "This department store gives my wife and I very convenient access between each level of the Westfield Chatswood Mall and the huge multi parking levels. My wife likes to walk through most of the levels to explore any new or discounted items frequently. For me, it is just occasionally. But, it doesn't mean I don't like Myer. It is a great store for Australians. We like in-person shopping rather than online because you can actually see, touch, and feel the items. We both have been shopping in this Myer (previously named Grace Brothers) for decades."
"Gentleman today with a pony tail in the men’s shoe section provided terrible service. Wanted to buy a few loafers, walking around for around 10-15 mins, no hi or anything. He was with a customer so I waited until he was not busy in conversation with them and I just wanted to ask a simple question that would have taken him 5-10 seconds to answer. Before I barely got a word out he rudely cut me off and said I’m with a customer I’ll get to you. I own multiple retail stores and that is not the way you acknowledge or juggle between customers if you need to. Sad standard for myers."
