"the place is nice and convenient"
"The worse building manager ever! Lots of us spent $$$ on buying/ renting apartment in Sky Garden Glen Waverley for the facilities. But yet, the building management only allow us a maximum of 2 bookings per year for the amenity. What's the point paying high body corporate fees nor rent when we can only use the facilities twice a year? I have attached the screenshot evidence where I have tried to book for 11th March but yet, building management continuously declined my request as I have exceed more than 2 bookings for this year. This was never mentioned on my contract! If I knew this all along, I would not have lived there. I would not pay all these expensive fees, such and such for facilities when I can only use it twice a year. The worst is the Building Manager NEVER PICKUP his phone calls. I have been trying to reach out to him from 28-Feb until now 2:03pm. It took me nearly one week to get on-hold with the building manager. His excuse was, he was at the basement all the time. Do NOT BUY NOR RENT any apartment at Sky Garden. As you will end up paying HIGH body corporate/ rent for facilities that you can only use twice a year. Moreover, the Sales Consultant will never mentioned to you about the limitations of every household can only permit to book/use facilities twice a year."
