"Stayed in the basic queen room that is a bit old but definitely functional for the price paid. Room is clean and tidy with no concerns of bed bugs. Friendly reception and I reckon definitely value for money when considering walking distance to the Glen Waverley shopping strip and the Glen shopping centre. Would return again if I ever need to stay in the area."

"Checked in , flies in room, approached reception simply asking for fly spray, waited 15 mins while she looked, then told me no fly spray on site and offered no solution, or even any concern about the flies! Asked for manager to call me, receptionist then phoned the manager, and after the call I was offered a can of eucalyptus antiseptic spray! Had to go shopping for fly spray myself. I had another night booked later in the week and cancelled that immediately. Will stay with the well known hotel across the road which I know offers service to their guests and Im sure they have a can of fly spray!"
