"Moved from Singapore to Australia, and as I was planning to rent a house in that Glen Waverley, we have booked a room for 1 week. The entry experience to the room wasn't good as it wasn't clean, hair was all around and on the bed as well. Dust every where in a level which I can say u could see particles on the air. The Aircon system not that efficient to keep the room warm. The reception employee not friendly and welcoming (except 1 person). The experience with the resturant quality (for dinner) wasn't good at all."

The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of options and was tasty. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update some of the decor and furnishings in the rooms to give them a more modern feel. However, this did not impact my overall enjoyment of my stay. "Perfect location with quick access to freeways to the city and eastern suburbs. Excellent secure on-site parking. Quality of service at reception was highly variable from day to day. There was no housekeeping on the Sunday due to shortage of staff. Room cleanliness was about 3-star with significant amounts of dust build-up on some horizontal surfaces."
