"The building is beautiful and is in such a great location. Unfortunately, the concierge is incredibly rude and not at all professional in his role. He straight up ignores people when greeted, does not offer help in response to simple questions and honestly should not be in a people-facing role if he cannot provide the most basic services in what is essentially a customer service role. It is a shame that such a lovely building has such a poor representative at its front desk. It does not leave a positive impression to say the very least."
